I have written this book for you. I want to help you sharpen your focus, activate the right mindset and kick start your intention toward your goals.

So, who are you? It is not relevant what discipline you perform. Nor your age or experience, or what level you’re at today. It doesn’t matter if you have your own horse or ride at a riding school. The only thing that counts is that you have your dream, a strong vision of where you want to be. That's all. The goal process is the same, regardless of your starting position and goal. If you have a vision where you want to go, this book can be your best friend on the journey that awaits you. It is going to be a true adventure, and you can document everything that happens along the way in this book, for a whole year. It is a workbook in the true sense of the word, you will use it well. The start date is your own to set, the book lasts twelve months regardless of whether you start in January or September. I have developed the content of the book to give you the best recipes around your mindset and the shortcuts that will help you towards your goal.

In 2002 I started Horseinmind, with mental training for riders in Scandinavia, together with my mentor Mikael Widerdal. Over the years, we have worked with thousands of riders in Scandinavia, up to elite level. Now it's your turn.
