It started more than ten years ago, my idea of combining physical training with intentional, inner work. Something magical happens for me on my walks. My mind wanders. The thoughts are free. The physical movement also triggers good vibes - I feel strengthened and recharged when I'm back home. I am less reactive to life itself and more in charge of it. Powerful.

Pep talk walk is the secret sauce I add to my work as a coach. This training is hand crafted by me, every word is mine, the music in the background is selected by me for best possible result.
